4th Sim Day? - AndyP - 04-11-2013
Just a thought, with the league full and healthy and everyone pretty active. Would you guys like to add a fourth sim day? It would have to be Wendesday or Thursday but I'm open to the possibility.
Was just something I was chewing on during a snow day. I know we are deliberately slower paced than other leagues - is that part of the appeal here or would people like that added? We WILL NOT entertain daily sims or a speedier schedule. This would be a permanent, season long additional day in my eyes.
Just looking for thoughts!

Not sure what you mean by speedier schedule? Do you mean even if you have a 4th sim day that the season will still take just as long?
If it means we get through the season quicker than ya I'm all for it as long as sunday remains the draft day.

By speedier schedule I mean simming more days each sim. This is a rough outline assuming a Wednesday added:
Sim 1 - Sunday
Sim 2 - Tue
Sim 3 - Wed
Sim 4 - Friday
Draft - Sunday
Sim 5 - Tue
Sim 6 - Wed
Sim 7 - Fri
Sim 8 - Sun
Sim 9 - Tue
Sim 10 - Wed
Sim 11 - Fri
Sim 12 - Sun
Sim 13 - Tue
Playoffs - Wed
Resignings Due/FA opens - Fri
First FA signs - Sun
Updates on Tue/Wed
Winterball Thurs
ST - Fri
Sim 1 - Sunday
It's a 5 week complete season as opposed to 6.

I think one of the reasons we have the current schedule is to allow a day in between sims to allow ample time to upload team files. I wouldn't have a problem if after the deadline we get rid of the two day wait between Tuesday and Friday, but to go with Tuesday and Wednesday sims feels like simming everyday.
