Sorry we should've posted the rules, but you're not allowed to extend until they have 5 years service time (we were still working out compensation and I moved so I forgot to post updates)

Right he needs 5 years service time to be eligible for an extension.

Ok, so my Gamel extension is fine, but the Escobar and Thuerier ones are not.
