A brief explanation of each option

- Health Slots (Cash for direct bump to health)
Put up to 2 players for 5M each under 35 each receive health boost

- WB Health Clinic (Cash for random bump to health)
Send up to 2 players to WB Health clinic with a chance to improve, hurt or keep health the same

- Continue adjust draftee health
Do you want me to keep increasing health for draftees with an initial value lower than 60?

- Equalize Medical Spending
Do you think all teams should spend the same on medical (resulting in a mid-70s health rating for each franchise)?

- Equalize Farm Spending
Do you think all teams should spend the same on farm (resulting in a mid-70s farm rating for each franchise)?

- Implement Revenue Sharing (A Must if we equalize spending)
Robin Hood the teams with the most revenue to those with the least. If spending is equalized this is mandatory. However if you wish to keep spending but end caps this checkbox is for you.

- Turn Inflation Off & Reset City Budgets (Warning: Extreme!)
If we equalize all spending teams who have benefited from inflation will maintain their advantage over teams with no inflation like DET or BAL. I feel it's also mandatory to turn inflation off and readjust budgets if we equalize spending in order to prevent competitive advantages.

- Up Peak Start by +10%
Prospects take longer to develop but get more time to do so

- Up Peak Start by +20%
Prospects take even longer to develop but generally have even more time to develop

- Lower Frequency by -10%
Lowering severity isn't an option, even -10% results in 0 season ending injuries, however there's a general discontent with injuries so lowering frequency would be a good starting point.

- Keep Spending but Adjust Spending Impact
If you think spending impact can help the injury situation vote for this box

- Set min. health system ratings (Under League Settings)
No team can go lower than 70 no matter what they spend on health (and/or farm)

Bump, sorta need league-wide voting for the data to mean much here. Otherwise I make all the decisions w/ no input...mwahahaha.

I can't see who voted for what, hence why I'm hoping for league-wide participation!

When I added it to DJ's poll, I accounted for everyone in the last option. I am actually able to see who everyone voted for, i'm not sure why DJ cant. I did this to add to the last option.

I don't think the frequency of injuries is the problem, but the severity

As I mentioned lowering severity completely removes any injuries longer than a season (IE Tommy John) and results in single digit season enders. I think lowering them would result in a very very bland league.
