Wasn't it past 24 hours since Cubs made an offer after Houston? On April 17th at 10:38 P.M. CT Houston made offer, then April 19th at 9:11 CT A.M. Cubs made offer the next offer. I thought it was 24 hours and they close? I guess I could be wrong.

I have no idea, I thought I was within 24 hours or before the signing period. I might be wrong.
