Though a lefty, Summers has a high K rate and quality K:BB ratio, and Midkiff was a guy we wanted in FA but missed out on getting him for the price we wanted. Like his ability to hit righties and plus glove. Should give us a boost without giving up anything premium, hopefully we can extend Summers without breaking the bank. Thanks Andy for the deal.
