RP Brian Brown 75/81, 22 yrs old, $Pre-arb

CLE gets:

$15M cash

COL accepts. Brown has the makeup of a very nice reliever in the near future, and those aren't exactly easy to come by in this league.

Should be a worthwhile reliever, but I won't have a spot for him.
